Support Hiragana, Katakana, Han #25

Will there be support for hiragana, katakana and han in the near future?

There's no work planned on the parser at the moment. However, if anyone wants to take a stab at this, the parser was originally a part of bibtex-ruby where we improved support for Asian names -- basically we'd have to port this PR
