This issue allows ownership of tags for the user. All actions performed on a tag will assign the user as owner of that tag. To view the tags owned by the user, click on the user's username in the header while viewing a hub. There is a significant performance issue when changing ownership at the hub or feed level that will probably need to be addressed.
