"hardwareAccelerated" attribute Can not decode #201

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.apktool d anttek.apk
2.error show :(

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

hardwareAccelerated attribute was introduced in Android 3.0, so you have to 
install framework from Honeycomb and up.

I have a very similar problem, however, I have applied what you say and not 
working.

apktool d -f -t  hero swf_player.apk ./swfplayer2
