all apps crashes in 2G iPhone at 2.0/2.0.1/2.0.2/2.1 #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upgrade and unlock iPhone 2G.
2. turn off the phone and then turn it back on.
3. all apps will crash right-away after launch.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using PwnageTool2.1 on a Mac OSX 10.5.5

Please provide any additional information below.
How can I downgrade the phone to 1.1.4?

FYI: This Problem is with the OS, not Pwnage. I believe that this has been 
fixed in 
2.1, also, to downgrade to 1.1.4, here is a link on a tut.
