Attached test case mix relocations and trigger the problem on i386 fixed by 
[b1dcf52a2e1d]. From inspection, it looks like ARM and MIPS have the same 
problem.

Thanks for the test case. Fixed and verified X86 and MIPS at revision 
e3408130dc2e.
