Merge section contents if it has SHF_MERGE #167

For example, .debug_str has SHF_MERGE and SHF_STRINGS, and some other sections 
has SHF_MERGE. It means we can merge their contents and remove
duplicate ones if the section meets some requirements.

This helps reduce output binary size.

I've done some changes and it works for .debug_str merge now.
I need some time to refine them.
