`mcld --sysroot` does not be applied on default search pathes

When we type

mcld ./HelloWorld.o --sysroot=${SYSROOT} -lc -o HelloWorld.exe

mcld does not search libc.so in =/usr and =/usr/lib directory.

After apply the fix, the --sysroot work correctly.
