Lose the Invocation object #238

Richard's original design for muddle made separation of Builder and Invocation 
sensible, but that's not the way it ended up developing.

It would probably be a good idea to enfold the content of Invocation back into 
Builder (probably with a suitable "invocation = self" at some point for legacy 
build descriptions).

For backwards compatibility, "builder.invocaion is builder"
