Story grouping in reports #8

It would be of great importance to us if the stories could be grouped, e.g. 
using a new annotation to mark each of them, in order to have them divided by 
sprint in the reports.

This would mean having 3-level report pages:
1st level: groups (e.g. sprints)
2nd level: stories (already existing)
3rd level: scenarios (already existing)

Of course the 1st level should not be shown if no grouping is used.
