Finalize transition to bhnt.c-base.org

I propose the following administrative actions to finalize our transition to bhnt.c-base.org:

1. Redirect berlin-hack-and-tell.github.io directly to bhnt.c-base.org
   • Rationale:
     • Currently, it follows a rabbit hole series of redirects through hackandtell.org, etc. until it finally arrives at bhnt.c-base.org.
   • I already prepared a PR, but need the following admin actions to proceed:
     1. Unarchive the repository: berlin-hack-and-tell.github.io
     2. Create a PR from my branch, just visit Comparing changes and click on "Create pull request"
     3. Accept my PR
     4. (Optional) Archive the repository again: berlin-hack-and-tell.github.io
2. Rename our main berlinhackandtell.rocks repository
   • Rationale:
     • The name is misleading by now.
     • GitHub does a pretty good job at redirecting Git URLs, etc. after a rename.
   • Proposals:
     • (A) Rename it to: bhnt.c-base.org
     • (B) Rename it to: berlin-hack-and-tell

Regarding 2, I prefer (B), because this is a generic name and identical to our GitHub organization name.
