make it possible to move files up in the result file hirachy. #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. the final file should be able to be moved to a better location. Like the 
root folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

add an attribute in the DSL for any element which supports formats and 
arguments.

Example:
                    postProcess(moveUp:"4", fileName:"final",method:"edu.ucdavis.genomics.metabolomics.binbase.processing.algorythm.data.statistic.tool.WriteProcessedResult", format:"xls")

Would put this result 4 folders up
