Generate pictures of specified resolution for certain bins #54

we need to have pictures generated for certain bins, please develop a web gui, 
which allows you to specify a database and a list of bins and generates the 
mass spec graphs for all these given bins to be downloaded to the local pc.

We need to be able to specify:

- output format
- resolution
- dpi
