Monorepos with lerna.js - 3 Examples

Abstract

With serverless, component based web architectures and other new 'hipster' tech, the use case for monorepos is strong - repositories encompassing whole projects are not so much the exception anymore and they keep the friction between teams and disciplines low. I want to present 3 usecases for lerna.js monorepo projects:

One thing: I noticed that your profile says that you're based in Hamburg. Is that correct? And if so, would you need travel assistance to come to Berlin? Just asking because those are different waitlists 😇

Thanks for the reply! No, I would cover the expenses for travel and I can stay with friends. So this is no issue.

If not, no worries - we can keep you on the regular waitlist. Just trying to think of ways to get more people on our stage before the end of 2019 🤔💡 ⚡️ 🚀

Friendly ping @sebs 🛎 Also considering you're based in Hamburg, we could also maybe plan for a full-length talk for the beginning of 2020? The dates for Q1 are January 16, February 20 and March 19 if any of those already look good to you 😊

What ever floats your boat. That is far in the future but hey: Yes is most times a good answer. Just send me the date you selected and I am fine with this. More likely March makes me a happy camper

Hey @sebs! sorry for the short notice, do you think you can make it to the Feburary edition instead (Feb 20th)? One speaker had to cancel and a slot opened up :)
