Please clarify license

On the project homepage, http://code.google.com/p/androzic/ the license is 
specified as "Other Open Source See source for details". Following the link, we 
see:

1. Google recommends to avoid "other licensing" and instead use one among the 
pretty good selection.
2. If another license is really required, then to provide COPYING or LICENSE 
file in the project repository which provides the licensing terms.

Androzic lacks those files. So can you please: clarify the license; consider 
using one of the existing; provide license file together with the source code.
