You have only 2 calibrated points (4 points is enough) and both points are
corners of the map!
Move to the calibration points to map area (You can calibrate the map if the
points are in the white area) and search for the correct coordinates of the
points!

I also think your Map Projection is false...

ok, but I have just tried it in OziExplorer and it perfectly fits and works!

problem is that I have plenty of such maps (almost entire Slovak Republic),
which are not made by me (downloaded) and to make them work in androzic means
to re-calibrate all of them...

these maps are probably automatically calibrated, I have also already
calibrated many maps automatically and it always worked in OziExplorer... I
have been using 4 calibration points (each corner of map) for maps downloaded
from digital map from internet website (without "white" area). IMHO, this is
not the problem, problem must be in androzic way of "understanding" map file
and/or projection.

Ok.

Ozi working with 2 calibrated points but example SmartComGPS not...
I think 2 points for Androzic is not enough...

Even if this is the case (2 points is not enough), the behaviour is not as
expected - atleast some error message about too few calibration points should
appear, but not silently and wrongly continuing with only 2 points.

This is a MSF parameter issue, I think. Fixed in 1.4.1
