Visualizing large-scale aneuploidies in RNAseq data #11

We need to start by acquiring RNAseq datasets for strains known to have large-scale aneuploidies.

Supposedly such datasets were gathered for the FH series, but I have not yet seen it.

I need to ask if we have such data Also, we have an experiment going in Weizmann that might have such data.
