Single end ddRADseq crashes #42

In project.single_ddRADseq.install_3.sh:338 there is a reference to $projectParentUser, which the Python script expects. However, this is not set in that script, but it is set in the paired end install_3 script.

This may be a good time to consolidate the single/paired files into a single script.
