Location of segments doesn't display good in matlab 2016a #57

The upgrade to matlab 2016a caused the red markers that should display the segments location to disappear, it's probably caused because the size is to small (apparently font size is being scaled in matlab 2016a), we should check it once we have matlab 2016a in our development stations

It's seems to be a one time defect right now it's working good
