Support tailwind version #59

That looks great, but what is the tw prefix?

Oh goodness 🤦‍♀️. This is a fork and I forgot to check my remote tracking branch - this work is definitely not meant for public consumption. We use an older version of tailwind and the changes I've made support the version(s) of tailwind that use the "tw-" prefix.

I'm going to close this PR, but let me know if any of this work (minus the custom colors) would be useful for public support for older tailwind versions - I'd be happy to contribute to that.
