[Sprint 1] Mandatory field for Input machine / Menu machine with Options / Update command #14

If timeout is set to 0 the field is mandatory and the input machine repeat the overall input scenario until to have a good reply.

Update done on the Menu machine. Options are provided in dedicated entry and managed by digit
