Input and Menu update #21

Input: add rich question content (works also for Menu by heritage). test updated Menu: add say fct to have the option list display when the question is asked. Tests to do

Guillain, I had to fix test after merge to integrate your code correctly. In the future, please consider that providing a PR with all tests passing at Travis-CI can only accelerate the overall process, thanks :-)
