Build warnings on Debian Wheezy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run make from a Debian Wheezy box, g++ (Debian 4.6.3-1) 4.6.3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The specific issues are:
- Initialization order of member variables in the ctor of CHMAC_SHA1
- Signed comparison issues.

I've attached a patch that fixes this.
