minor fixes: adding Borg/borgTriangleProblemDefinition.h to git history; removing output
prevent triangleSimulation binary from being checked in
initial code drop from NixTemplates
a few untested modifications to reflect directory structure changes
updading docker base image but problem pulling it (manifest error)
fixing tag
waterpaths docker image building but untested
many fixes - MPI waterpaths now running with multiple containers
Docker points back to WaterPaths main repo; minor readme improvements
