Andrew, thanks for submitting the issue and please do so again if you find another issue. I haven't worked on this yet because I've busy helping a MS student using an older version of WaterPaths, but I should get to this in a month or two. This is very likely a destructor deleting a pointer who's already been deleted, if you want to give it a shot--otherwise, don't worry about it.
./waterpaths -I Tests/test_input_file_gen_tables.wp
calculateAndPrintObjectives(true)
gets rid of the issue
