Fixed Django 4 syntax errors
Fixed TypeError: __init__() missing 1 required positional argument: get_response (TenantMiddleware's __init__())
Fixed KeyError schema_name (BaseTenantCommand, in handle() function, the schema_name and skip_public were being removed from options. Removed this logic.)
