Set up spell checking in CI #3

It would be a nice idea to have spell checking integrated with the build.

It should fail the build (or shouldn't it?) if there are any typos that are not in an extensive whitelist (for those words that are allowed but not in the used dictionary).

Looks like aspell -c Formulas.tex -t would be the best way to do this. Note that this also requires the possibility of a local word whitelist.

Last effort into this, if it seems too complicated, it will be closed.
