Reason for disagreement: The title does match the description. When a user inputs removeall Asdf yeboi, those with tag "asdf" (all lowercase) will also have "yeboi" added (thus tag identification is non case-sensitive. However, the "asdf" tag is not removed (thus, tag deletion is case-sensitive). This can be seen from the person with index 3 at the bottom. She has both "asdf" and "yeboi" as tags.
