"Randomize Domino Order" doesn't seem to do anything #1

I note that "Randomize Domino Order" seems to generate an identical file, whether it is checked or not. Could you explain what it is supposed to do?

Hmm. This is a bit weird. Sometimes they are identical and sometimes not. I haven't been able to reliably recreate the conditions under which they are identical. I'll close this until / unless I can replicate it.
