Bug: On the Leaderboards view "Highlight selected players" doesn't copy player list to URL #19

When clicking one of the Link buttons: image

If the players list is populated and "Highlight selected players" is selected they fail to copy the player list to the URL. It works if you select "the selected players (above), in addition to any others." though.

A lot more work than I imagined. Something of a refactor of leaderboard options triggered by this need. Tidier code resulted.
