For small files, no URL is returned, but the base64 content in the "Data" field. Fix requirements.txt

Alberto, I merged this in,. Just a heads up that I have since rearranged things a little (notably the API functions I named consistently after the degoo API functions) and a lot of whitespace changes on account of my PyDev/Eclipse Editor being configured to tidy that up autoformatty wise on save. I filed a further 3 issues I don't have time to fix now. But I seriously love the progress bar on uploads now and I suspect we will be able to find a way to coax file hashes out of the Google backend if Degoo don't cooperate and provide one.

Getting closer and closer to a production model that I can use for a nightly sync up to my degoo store. Almost there.
