dev: Make the logic to figure out which target package format to build based on the facter's autodetect os family value instead of enumerating them.
test: Removed ruby-2.4 to test martix

@FooBarQuaxx Thank you for the pull-request. I created and merged a replacement PR in #216 where I fixed the conflicts.
