Fallback on a warning message when source digest compute fail #70

Sorry for this fix. These are my first line of ruby ever written. At least it makes my omnibus build work:

When using omnibus build, we try to compute the checksum of the cache directory and make the build fail. If we ignore that error, build omnibus package ok.
