Use terms for the license itself? #13

Hello. I think this license is really interesting, and I'd like to use it in some of my projects.

Ironically, however, I can't find any usage information about the license itself. Perhaps this could be added to the README somewhere?

Example from the GPL3:

Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.

Ah, I see that this was discussed in #12. Might be good to make a note somewhere.
