Installing of HTTPD fails in Centos7

Error unpacking rpm package httpd-2.4.6-18.el7.centos.x86_64
error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/sbin/suexec: cpio: cap_set_file failed - Operation not supported
error: httpd-2.4.6-18.el7.centos.x86_64: install failed

Issue documented in the CentOS bugs.

Created this issue to remind me that CentOS7 has this problem. We should avoid upgrade to CentOS7 until this issue is fixed.

Unfortunately, this problem still exists, even with the latest version of the apache2 cookbook.
