Add getting started section in readme

Please note that this PR depends on #1 because of the yarn serve command.

I wanted to add a simple command to run the web server once the project is built, so I added this command in its own PR.

I think a getting started section is still useful to inform users that are not used to Yarn how to setup the project (that was my case).

But indeed this PR is pretty bad in its current state. What do you think about #3?
