avoid vertical scrollbar in nav #19

Hi! Thanks for the quick merge and release of #18.

Unfortunately, my change (at least on macOS) results in an unattractive vertical scrollbar when using a mouse – sorry about that.

This PR fixes that problem. I would have preferred overflow-x-scroll but could only work with the Tailwind classes available in Nova.
