Team's Response

Our UG states that: 'Claim at the specified INDEX must be a pending claim.' at https://ay1920s1-cs2103t-w12-1.github.io/main/UserGuide.html#approving-a-claim-code-approve-code.

In fact, we have even underlined the portion that states it needs to be pending. Thank you for your feedback nonetheless.
