Income can be added for a non-existing contact #7

Since claim requires an existing contact, income should also have the same requirement.

Team's Response

This is the default setting for an income entry, it is not tied to a contact unlike claims. This is documented in our user guide and developer guide. The reason for this is because you can receive income from shirt sales, or a fund raising, which are events and are not necessarily people/contacts.
