fix character #4

修改了简繁对应词表，使用的是香港中文大学的字表

Hi Joe, I am rejecting this branch as I have a detail examination of the charmap over the weekend and created a new charmap. It is based on the CUHK charmap you have suggested but added the delta of my original charmap, which seems covering more characters.

Some statistics on number of characters of the charmap:

Please review version 0.3 as if needed create a new merge request.
