oauth bugs #22

-p seems to no longer work.  export BROWSER=/usr/bin/firefox also didn't seem 
to do anything.

Does the oauth stuff have to happen more than once?  can't have scripts that 
break every few days and require manual re-login from a browser, but just doing 
it once is probably okay.

re: -p option: googlecl no longer deals with your password. OAuth requires the 
user (owner) to log on via the web. r174 removes the deceitful -p option.

re: BROWSER variable: r174 cures what ails you.
