--help should list services and maybe tasks #6

Looks like it currently just shows the global flags, but not the service
and task names.  (I can't remember if I already reported this)

Since tasks are service-dependent, I'm not sure of the best way to cleanly 
display all 
that information. But I've added the service names to the --help output.
