fix donut gradient #201

Fixes #86 gradient color was not working with donut from before 2016. I don't know reason why but it still had this problem until now. It fixed.

Fixed by taking the radius and line width into account in #271. This PR is thus obsolete. But if you hadn't submitted it, that referenced PR would never be see the light of day :)
