Build script and instructions #270

There are several pull requests here and there that modify e.g. gauge.js directly instead of the main source gauge.coffee. Even though activity is rather low, gauge.js still have thousands of weekly downloads. So let's provide potential new and old contributors with a build script? :)

What's done here:

Include CoffeeScript and Terser as devDependencies in package.json.
Set up a build script so contributors can do a npm run build directly without hassle.
Updates the readme with the basic instructions.
Updates of the dist aggreates gauge.js and gauge.min.js.

Tested locally. Working fine.

The list of commits is misleading and comes as a result of me updating my local repos with the latest upstream. Will of course squash merge this so it all becomes on commit.
