Current Behavior

The tool does not adequately handle non-coding variants, which can lead to incomplete or incorrect annotations.

Proposed Solution

Enhance the logic to identify and process non-coding variants.
Ensure appropriate annotations are generated for non-coding variants.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Non-coding variants are correctly identified and processed.
[x] Appropriate annotations are generated for non-coding variants.
[ ] Unit tests are added to verify the handling of non-coding variants.

Example non-coding variant: ENST00000650946.1:n.439-1601_439-1600insC 9-22125503-TC-T This works now and was fixed through #14
