additional config settings not added #16

The additional configuration options are not added to the sip peer, neither on the Trunks nor on the SIP Users.

This is very important, since we need to add the "fromuser" sometimes, when isgw registers with multiple sip accounts at the open-pbx.

We might consider adding the fromuser=$sip-username by default. A checkbox like:

Set from_user [ ]

would be perfect.
