SIP Port needs to be configurable #18

It should be possible to change the SIP Port of Asterisk to 5060, to make the setup easier. It should only be possible, if ISGW has another SIP Port. So we should check /usr/conf/isgw.sip for the bind port (and for the rtp portrange).
