Feature: Work out a list of potential partner projects

Motivation

There are several projects that Claudie would integrate well at this point. This would increase and speed up Claudie's adoption.

Description

This task is meant to generate the list of projects, figure out the integration interface, and follow up with the project maintainers and proposals.

Exit criteria

[x] List of potential projects is created
[ ] POCs where relevant are executed
[ ] Integration/partnership status is tracked

First iteration of the list of potential partner projects:

Otomi - automation and self-service on top of k8s ~1900 stars
KubeVela - platform that makes deploying and operating apps across hybrid, multi-cloud envs easier ~5500 stars
Holori - infra visibility and cost optimization platform (probably not open-source)
Kiosk - multi-tenancy extension for k8s ~1000 stars
stackrox - k8s security platform ~1000 stars
headlamp - extensible k8s web UI (multi-cluster support) ~1100 stars
capsule - multi-tenancy and policy-based environment in k8s ~1200 stars
kubevious - suite of app-centric assurance, validation, and introspection products for k8s ~1500 stars
cerbos - context-aware access control rules for application resources ~1600 stars
sealer - package k8s cluster and all application's deps into one ClusterImage ~1900 stars
vcluster - virtual k8s clusters ~2800 stars
opencost - current and historical k8s spends and resource allocations (cost transparency) ~4000 stars
kubezoo - gateway with multi-tenancy capability to existing k8s ~580 stars
crane - FinOps platform for Cloud Resources Analytics and Economics in k8s cluster ~1500 stars
