Deleting a section #4

Please consider removing the ability to delete the whole section.

I am afraid it can easily happen that a teacher starts to use the generated section as a normal one, and can eventually add other activities to it, move them from elsewhere to it etc. Deleting the problem section then deletes even contents not created by the plugin itself - and it does it "remotely", from another page without the visual clue on what is actually being deleted.

Teachers have standard UI and widgets to remove the section if they really need to, anyway.

Done. Now, when a problem section is "removed", its section, its grouping and its groups remain in the course, as ordinary ones.
