Yep, I'd like an answer to this one
Switched to Key Socket Media Keys for now
Youtube works for me, I can't reproduce this issue. Do you have it enabled on the extension options page? For reference, in this image youtube is enabled and youzeek is disabled:
I am actually having the same problem. I only have youtube enabled, but it comes up as disabled in the extension menu and keys don't work
I've deleted all my history or something and since the Streamkeys has issues with youtube. On media players it recognizes the keys. So it's internal stupid issue. Please assist.
I've found a workaround for this (or at least it worked for me after experiencing the same issues described above):
It seems that enabling it via the shortcut makes it work but not when going into the options.
HTH
@webnoob works for me. Great!
Heya. Been using this extension for a while, and really loving it. Just came back from my holidays, though, and now it... doesn't work. I basically just use it for YouTube, letting me watch and control playlists while running full-screen programs on my other monitor, but... well, now it doesn't work. At first, the "sk" did not show up next to my URL bar. This confused me. The extension WAS enabled. Uninstalled it, reinstalled it - now the button is back... but even after enabling Streamkeys for YouTube and setting its priority to 9, it fails to recognize YouTube as a valid site. When on a YouTube tab, hotkeys don't work. If I click the sk-button, it simply says "no music sites open", and clicking "show disabled sites" allows me to actually see and control the video in question. This, however, does not extend to using the hotkeys. ...any help? ^^;
Thanks in advance, Zodiac
