The front page should have the title in the center at the top of the page.
Underneath there should then be three panes. On the far left should be the map of the feature vector map, in the middle should be the air pollution concentration map and then the far right should be the chart of the air pollution concentration AQIs.
Underneath the two maps should be the selectors for the different parameters that are repeated but control either the feature vector map or the air pollution concentration map and then underneath the chart should be the selector for the month, day and hour and the additional info about air pollution map and anything else.
